CURRENT Teams who do not attend for the Duration of the Meeting will be fined 7pts in the following season. One person CANNOT represent more than 1 team.
This is a formal meeting when all Captains (or nominated representatives) are required to attend. Team Registration will also take place from 7:00pm.
A summary of the current season will be given and each team will have an opportunity to vote on proposed changes to the league for next season (e.g. rules, cups, structure, website, etc)
The deadline for ALL proposals is SUNDAY 28th AUGUST

Please ensure that you include a detailed reason to support the proposal, why you think its needed and what the benefits will be. Consider all angles and ways that it might or might not work.
Your team representative must attend the Annual General Meeting in order for the proposal to be presented to the teams. No attendance and no proposal will be discussed.
