Regulation 6d – If re-arrangement is approved, all matches MUST be played by the date of the next round draw. Matches not played will result in both sides being removed from the competition. Exceptional circumstances can be used to allow progression as long as the committee have been so informed prior to the draw and have agreed with the reason supplied

Scotch Pairs

  • Each player alternates their teams turn to break in the games that they have the break.
  • Each player on a pairs team alternates every single shot during a pairs teams visit to the table. This includes when a foul has occured and you have 2 shots, you alternate.
  • When it is not your teams turn at the table, talk as much as you wish. You can discuss your approach at the start of your visit to the table but once the table has been touched, it is considered ‘in play’ and no communications shall be permitted
