Captains can register Players online.

Good news — captains can now register players directly through the RackEmApp.  
To begin:  
* Click on the tab labelled “Player”.  
* Select “Register Player” to add a new player to your team.  
* Always search for the player first to check if they already exist in the system.  
* If they do not appear, press the “New Player” button to create a new player profile.  
* Make sure all sections are filled in.

Why Email and Phone Details Matter

Having a player’s email address and phone number helps in a few simple ways:  
* The phone number can be shared automatically with competition opponents.  
* An email address lets the player register their own account and claim their profile.  
* They get access to their full playing history across all RackEmApp leagues.

 

A Role That Lets You Enjoy the League Again

Everything has been moved online to make life easier for everyone. Registering players, sorting payments, submitting scores — it’s all done through the app now. No forms. No chasing. No waiting around. Players just log in, scores go straight through, and results appear straight away.

The foundations are now in place. The league is modern, streamlined, and ready for the next stage. That’s why I’m confident that when I step down at the AGM on 21st February, I’ll be handing over a better, more efficient league. You only need around an hour a week and the occasional committee meeting — so go for it. You enjoy this league, so this is your chance to put something back in and help shape the next chapter.
